Parano1d v1.0.1 mainnet update

Parano1d v1.0.1 is now available.

This update fixes P2P memory growth observed under sustained mainnet traffic. Transactions are now validated before being relayed, so stale or conflicting transactions are dropped locally instead of being amplified across the network.

Snapshot recovery and peer route fallback were also improved for unreliable connections.

There are no consensus, proof profile, matrix, port or storage changes. v1.0.0 and v1.0.1 remain fully network compatible. No data reset or configuration change is required.

I recommend everyone update to v1.0.1, especially node operators and pools.
