Fix: Use node-easyocr's bundled venv python

  • OCR no longer requires a global pip install easyocr — uses the venv that node-easyocr already creates during install (PR #4 by @cce)
  • Added timeout (120s) and stderr capture to model pre-download subprocess for better error handling
  • Fixed cached rejected promise poisoning all subsequent OCR calls in a session
