1. download node.js
2. npm init -y
3. npm install
4. npm i discord.js
5. npm i dotenv
6. npm i -g nodemon
7. make a .env and inside write: TOKEN = "ur discord bot token"
8. type nodemon and the bot should be able to run
9. lastly make a .gitignore file and write: node_modules
