Complex Attributes as Annotations #632
Description
RuntimeManagedJavaType.IsAttribute returns false for 'complex' attributes. That is, must have either an empty ctor, or a ctor and no properties.
We can probably figure out something to complete this.
BenchmarkDotNet has a BenchmarkAttribute type which is complex, and thus cannot work with IKVM.
