Not in particular order:

create multi module project

ear, war, ejb, jar
ear to have common lib
produce skinny war?
that can be used with WAS to run from RAD & Eclipse

drive it from maven

may need nexus setup for deploy

unit tests
integration tests
jenkins setup
maven release setup

may need svn install

jenkins test report
static analysis

code coverage, metric etc
