[Fiji] Plugin issues: Source file not up-to-date: Adjustable_Watershed.java, Measure_Roi_PA.java. ClassNotFound.

I’m an undergraduate researcher at WSU. I have Fiji (ImageJ 1.54p, Java 27.0.7 (64-bit), 6/23/25), and I’m trying to install Adjustable_Watershed (source) and Measure_Roi (source).

For the Measure_Roi plugin, I tried running a new script in Fiji with the .java file, and got an error message that said the source file wasn’t up to date (link to Gist).

I tried downloading the two Measure Roi .class files and putting them in the Fiji plugins folder. When I click Plugins > Measure Roi PA, I get a pop-up error that says “Plugin or class not found: ‘Measure_Roi_PA’ (java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Measure_Roi_PA)”.

I’ve had virtually identical errors with the Adjustable_Watershed.java (link to Gist) and Adjustable_Watershed.class, so I think both of these plugins might be out of date for my version of Fiji.

Both these plugins work for me in ImageJ.

I just emailed Bob Dougherty, the developer of the Measure_Roi plugin, for advice. I'd also appreciate any advice the GitHub community can provide!
