Update RIA-J documentation and add Kui Wang profile with affiliations and plugin details

Apologies for the notification. I've opened this fresh PR to add the RIA-J documentation and my profile with a clean history, but unfortunately, the Jekyll build tests are still failing.

I suspect the issue might be related to the new timeline include I added. Could you kindly advise if I need to register this new include in a specific configuration file or documentation list to pass the check?

Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!

@Epivitae The issue is this line:

kwang: GitHub ID mismatch: Epivitae

It wants your user path on imagej.net to match your GitHub username.

I pushed a commit renaming it accordingly, and we'll see if the CI passes now.
