A. Giriş

A.1) Gamechez'i sunucusuna ekleyen herkes bu politikaları kabul etmiş sayılır.

B. Topladığımız Bilgiler

Aşağıdaki türden kişisel bilgiler toplanabilir, saklanabilir ve kullanılabilir:

B.1) Komut Kullanılarak Saklanan Veriler;

    • Kullanıcı ID'si

    • Kullanılan sunucu ID'si

    • Kullanılan sunucu kanalı ID'si

    • Kullanıcı İsmi

    • Kullanılan rollerin ID'leri

 B.2) Otomatikleştirilerek Saklanılan Veriler;

    • Sunucu: ID'si, üye sayısı, sunucu sahibi, giriş-çıkış yapan kişiler, rol sayısı.

    • Üye: ID'si, ismi, hesap oluşturulma tarihi. 

C. Verilerinizin İşlenmesi
   
C.1) Verileriniz şifrelenmiş bir biçimde geliştirici ekibine özel, dışa kapalı bir veri tabanında tutulmaktadır. Verilerinizin silinme işlemleri botu sunucunuzdan atıldığında veriler otomatik olarak silinmektedir.

D. Kişisel Verileri İşlenen Kişi Olarak Haklarınız

・KVKK madde 11 uyarınca herkes, veri sorumlusuna başvurarak aşağıdaki haklarını kullanabilir:

    ・Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
    ・Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
    ・Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
    ・Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
    ・Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
    ・Kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
    ・(e) ve (f) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
    ・İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
    ・Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme, haklarına sahiptir.

A.1) Anyone who adds Gamechez to their server is deemed to have accepted these policies.

B. Information We Collect

The following types of personal information may be collected, stored and used:

   • User ID

   • Server ID used

   • Server channel ID used

   • User name

   • IDs of the roles used

B.2) Automated Stored Data;

   • Server: ID, number of members, server owner, people logging in and out, number of roles.

   • Member: ID, name, account creation date. 
 

C. Processing of Your Data

C.1) Your data is kept in an encrypted form in a private, closed database for the developer team. When your data is deleted from your server, the data is automatically deleted.

D. Your Rights as the Person whose Personal Data are Processed

・According to article 11 of the KVKK, everyone can use the following rights by applying to the data controller:

 ・Learning whether personal data is processed,
 ・If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
 ・Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
 ・Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
 ・Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
 ・Request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
 ・Requesting that the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
 ・Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
 ・Has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
