Updated Content

• Dynamic Workflows trigger word (Ch 07, §7.1): Updated from `workflow` to `ultracode`. The old trigger word caused false activations when "workflow" appeared in casual conversation. The new trigger word `ultracode` only fires when you explicitly want a dynamic workflow. All five prompt examples updated accordingly.
