Getting started

Hi,
Looking for a way to get started with Push Notifications, I found this one. Last Commit "2 years ago".

I was able to extract the extension and view it in the ACP

However, configuring it is something I cannot seem to figure it out on my own. I have created a ne project in FCM, added the credentials in migrations/v10x/m1_init.php.. does not seem to work.. Can you advise?

Update:
Users are getting prompted for permission, table push_user_tokens is getting populated, but no notifications arrive when suppose to.
