[Feature] Issue reporting generator

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

It would be nice if there was a way to report issues without potentially broadcasting my passwords to the whole world.

The issue reports all ask for a copy of docker-compose.yml and .env, but there could be secrets in those files. I have to make sure that I remove all of them before posting the issue.

If there was a utility to copy all necessary information with all of the secrets redacted that would be super helpful.
