[Feature] Dynamic preview loading

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

It would be nice if images would scale in quality when you look at them for a few seconds.
At the moment, you are required to choose one resolution and quality setting when opening a picture, forcing you to choose between app responsiveness or quality.

It would be nice if you open an image, it starts with this setting, and dynamically load in more detail when you look at the image for a few seconds.
