[Feature] Notification on (forced) logout

The feature

I've installed the immich app on quite a few of my family and friends' mobile devices. Most of them don't interact with the app itself and just rely on the background upload feature. The problem with this scenario is that there is no way for them to know that they have been logged out and that synchronisation has stopped.

This has happened in the past and does not seem to have been fully resolved (see #2980 or #8146 for example).

It would be great if the app could notify the user that their login has been revoked and that they need to log in again.
