The feature

Description:

It would be helpful if existing Immich users could join an album directly by clicking on a shared link, without needing an invitation from the album owner. This would streamline the process and make it more convenient for users to collaborate and share photos.

Proposed Enhancement:

• Direct Album Joining by url:
  • Allow users who already have an Immich account to click on a shared album link and choose to join the album directly, bypassing the need for the owner to send an explicit invitation.
