[Feature] move action dialogue from top right of screen on web

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

i typically perform multiple actions after adding a photo (add to multiple albums, archive, etc.). right now, it's a pain on web as every time i perform an action, a little dialogue box pops up in the top right ("added 1 asset to the album", etc.) and obscures the dropdown menus for a few seconds until it disappears.

would it be possible to move this box elsewhere (maybe the bottom right?) so it isn't slowing users down who try to perform multiple actions in succession?
