[Feature] Add 'Remind me in a year' option to purchase immich

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In my opinion:

• Remind me in 30 days: People who want to try out Immich - see what features it has, if they actually work well, etc. will want to use this option
• Never show again: People who don't want to pay

I think there is another category of people that would like to purchase Immich but might not have the means to do so at the moment. A year seems like a reasonable time for such situations to change. But the issue is that, people are usually busy with their lives and forget that they can actually support Immich now. So a reminder to rethink this is very helpful.

This argument would stand even for 6 months (just want a longer period than 30 days). I do not think having a notification every 6 months would be a problem - in the sense that I would not consider it to be annoying or something.
