[Feature] Videos in memories are muted by default

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When scrolling through memories, videos currently autoplay with volume enabled. It would be nice to have the videos play automatically but muted by default. Possibly tap to unmute while it's playing? Sometimes when clicking on a memory asset it can be hard to tell if it's a video or image until it's clicked on begins playing.
