[Feature] Allow selection of storage device for sync'd or downloaded content

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

My phone (Android v12) has internal storage and an additional SD card.
The mobile app (v1.129 b.187) defaults to storing on the internal storage device (which has limited space).
Would be nice to direct it to the SD card.
