Zoom in when adding a new face

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

When using the shiny new face tagging feature from 1.127, adding a new face resets the zoom level and doesn't allow zooming back in until the face has been tagged. Not a big deal, but a little inconvenient for group photos.

1. Zoom in on a large group photo
2. Open the info sidebar
3. Click the + icon in the people section
4. Attempt to zoom back in

This is working as intended, as we don't want to account for the zoom to identify the coordinate of the box.

I will convert this into a feature request

I don't think this is a duplicate of #14854.

This (16941) refers to the inability to zoom in from the entire photo while manually adding a new face to a picture.

Whereas #14854 seems to refer to the inability to zoom out from the face while merging two faces ("Are X and Y the same person?").
