[Feature] Can we make the Upgrade Available pop-over a little less invasive?

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Not sure what the logic is (supposed to be), but right now I'm seeing this dialog several times a day. I would like to avoid seeing it that often, without necessarily turning of the check for update.

I suggest changing the logic or make a "Don't show for 48 hours"-button or some such.

While I personally like seeing it... I agree that there should be an option to hide for a day/week/month.

I normally don't mind seeing it either because I'm mostly happy to upgrade, but currently we'ere in a period of a little too unstable updates for my comfort (v.1.130/131). So it would be great if I could just wait out a couple more releases, without seeing this ever 2-3 hours or so.

On the contrary; mine has gone away and I can't get it to come back, last seen on 1.129.x, hasn't come back on 1.130.x, or 131.3..... :/

Yeah I haven't seen it for many updates - I even tried resetting the setting in admin (check for updates). I also suspect my work PC (Chrome) might be doing strange stuff again. I have no other way to check unfortunately (no other machine).

As stated, I checked this already, it has always been checked. Tried unchecking, and re-checking, no change. I suspect my workPC / browser is playing up.
