[Feature] Please enhance the functionality of the app-side recycle bin

The feature

Dear Developer,

I used Immich’s duplicate photo cleanup feature on the web interface to delete redundant photos, which were then moved to Immich’s recycle bin. However, when attempting to remove these duplicates from both my iPhone and the cloud, I encountered the following issues in the mobile app:

The recycle bin lacks an option to permanently delete photos from both the device and the cloud in one action.

The current "Empty Recycle Bin" and "multi-select deletion" only remove photos from the cloud. To delete them from both the device and the cloud, I must delete each photo individually.

With a large number of duplicates, this workflow is highly inefficient, as each deletion requires two confirmation prompts.

Feature Requests:

Add an option to empty the recycle bin from both the device and the cloud.

Enhance multi-select deletion to include a "Delete from Device & Cloud" option, allowing bulk removal from both sources simultaneously.

This would greatly streamline the cleanup process for users managing duplicates across devices and cloud storage.
