Missing Unknown option in country selector on Android (and possibly iOS) app

The bug

Some months ago, an option was added on both backend and frontend, to allow users to search for photos with no location info, by selecting "Unknown" in the country during a search by location (#10866)

It seems like that option wasn't added yet to the android app.

Reproduction steps

Go to Search, Location, Country, in the android app. There's no Unknown option. But if I go to the frontend, I can see it.
