[Feature] Double-click preview to zoom to 100%

The feature

Upon double-click on the preview picture, I'd like to see the original picture zoomed to 100% on the spot where it was double clicked. This is the default behavior of many picture viewers, e.g. JPEGView and very useful when checking if the original picture is sharp.

The mouse scroll-wheel already zooms in to original, but since it zooms much deeper than 100%, it is not easy to see if a photo is blurry because of too much zoom or poor original photo. Displaying the zoom percentage when zooming in would also help solving this problem.

There is a related ticket for the mobile (#1712) but I'd say in web the up/down drag should not zoom in/out as proposed in that ticket.
