[Feature] Ios live photos apple like player

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would really like if there was a way to play the ios live photo the same way apple view them in their gallery

Currently live photos are viewed as either photo or a video, in apple gallery it smoothly transition between them (plays video until keyframe)

Is there a way to do it? If it's ok I can even try to implement it myself unless there is some kind of patent on that
