I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.
The feature
Related to v1.137.0 and #19999 specifically, I would like the ability to disable custom URLs for share links entirely in the admin settings.
Reasoning: I use https://github.com/alangrainger/immich-public-proxy to expose share links publicly and do not want to allow users of my Immich instance, whom I cannot expect to always remember not to specify a custom URL, to create lower-security links. For what it's worth, the proxy only passes on
/share/*links, so as it stands, a public share link created with a custom URL (/s/<custom>) just won't work at all, but this is even more confusing to users.Platform
