Feature request: "Upload & Share" option for quick photo sharing

Problem / Motivation
I currently have Immich configured to upload photos only on Wi-Fi.
When I’m away from Wi-Fi and want to quickly send just a few photos (e.g., 4 pictures to a friend), it’s difficult:

• I can’t generate a share link until those photos are uploaded.
• I have to either wait until I get back on Wi-Fi for the upload to finish or manually check once it’s done.
  This makes quick sharing inconvenient.

Proposed Solution
Add an “Upload & Share” option that allows:

• Selecting specific photos that haven’t been uploaded yet.
• Forcing upload of just those selected photos (even if the Wi-Fi-only setting is enabled).
• Automatically generating a share link once the upload is complete.
• Keeping the rest of the upload queue and Wi-Fi rules intact.

Expected Behavior

1. User selects photos.
2. Chooses “Upload & Share” from the context menu.
3. The app uploads only those selected photos (temporarily overriding the Wi-Fi-only restriction if needed).
4. Once uploaded, a share link is generated immediately and can be shared with friends.

Alternatives considered

• Manually disabling Wi-Fi-only restriction, uploading everything, and then re-enabling it → too much hassle.
• Waiting until back on Wi-Fi → not practical for quick one-off shares.

Target Platforms

• Mobile app (Android and iOS).

Additional Context
This feature would make Immich more practical for real-world scenarios where you want to share a small set of photos quickly, without syncing your entire library over mobile data.
