[Feature] GoPro "Quik" like composite video creation tool

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

This is probably more of a 3.x feature but something I think would make Immich more compelling.

I would like to see a utility that you could run from the web interface:
You would select various media both video and photos and have the utility compile it into a composite highlights video like the GoPro Quik app does on the mobile.

You would be given the option to:

• select media
• select audio files for a sound track
• Add titles
• Name and date the video
• Select a preferred video length
• Perhaps select a theme
• Override or select transition or fine tune video segments that are included
  Then the utility will create the video for you and upload/add to immich.

Am I dreaming? There are various open source projects doing bits of this. Immich would be a great platform to bring it all together.
