[Feature] whining about share links in mobile app

Managing share links should be possible as part of this menu:

Yes, @qDread-dev told me he would submit patches and I told him to at least make a FR before doing that, but he didn't want to, so I made this for him.

When you've made a share link for an album, the only place to see that share link again in the mobile app is to go to the Library page and then to the shared links page. It would be more intuitive to have a button to manage shared links for a specific album in that album's 3 dots menu.
