[Feature] Favorites in locked folder

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

There is already a section for a locked folder, which already does what it advertises (though I see potential to also store a copy of the items locally on your phone, which isn't picked up by other apps, but that's another topic)

Sadly, just like in Google Photos, there is no way to have favorites in this section. For me it would be a fairly big deal if such a feature existed. You could have photos you don't always want in your main grid, but also have your favorites there.

How it could look like:
in the web version there is already a button to add an item to your favorites, but it appears it is somewhat without a function. While immich already remembers it is part of the favorites, there is no way to show all of the favorites of the locked folder. So for this part there is no UI change needed in the web version.

My idea for accessing the favorites in the locked folder (web version) is this:

in this tab on the sidebar a dropdown could be added, just like with Albums

regarding the mobile version I am not sure about the visual implementation.

Adding favorites should be done like for any other item in the library (little heart in the top right)
click -> add to favorites -> icon gets filled
click again -> remove from favorites -> icon is only displayed with outline

But I assume adding some kind of dropdown or button at the top bar (see red circle in screenshot) could work

dropdown (pretty self explanatory):

1. all items
2. only favorites

button:
"show favorites" -> the app opens another page and using the "<-" of the new page you could go back to all items in your locked folder.
