FR: better handling of iOS edited photos/videos

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I've noticed that when I take a photo or video on my iPhone, and then it uploads to immich... if I later edit that photo/video on the phone, immich treats it as a new asset and re-uploads the edited version instead of replacing the original version.

I'd like it to replace the original version if possible, or stack the assets in the alternative.
