[Feature] Feature request to search exact word in OCR and not the closest one.

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When i search some word in OCR, it shows the closest one, if the exact match is not found, i wanna search exact match, like when i search Car, it shows the pics with the word "Card". That should not be the case.

Also the sorting of the results is not intuitive, it shows the pics with word "Card" first and the original text "Car" later in the results,

Optionally Mealisearchcan be embedded here for strong keyword search.

Give the users an optional to install mealisearch in addition to the original app in order to support enhanced keyword search for a large library

I totally understand that implementing a 3rd party app would not be reasonable.

But can we please implement a full word search / exact word search or exact search.

Let's say I ONLY wanna search certain pics which contain the word "Lloyds Bank" or the word "Receipt". And in the search box if you can implement regex that would be cherry on top.

As I mentioned earlier. When I search word "Car" it shows the pics with "Card" and "Carl" before the pics where exact word Car is found. That cab be improved as well.
