[Feature] Show when location data has not been extracted in the Android app

Hello, i had some trouble setting the right permissions for including geotags in the android app, but i figured it out eventually. The Problem is, when i wanted to test whether it is working, i took a picture and checked in the Immich app whether a location is showing. But because the extract metadata job hadn't run it looked like there was no location attached to the picture. It would be really nice if the android app could warn you that the Location may appear after the jobs has run. Currently it just shows that there is no location which is really confusing.
