gfx900 rocm support on v2.4.0 deprecated?

Thanks devs for the v2.4.0 release!

Did upgrading ONNX Runtime to v1.22.1 deprecate gfx900 support? #24045

I am getting this error on immich-machine-learning container:

rocBLAS error: Cannot read /opt/rocm/lib/rocblas/library/TensileLibrary.dat: Illegal seek for GPU arch : gfx900

I have the exact same problem #24734. Unfortunately I just noticed my workaround doesn't even work, it just throws one little error line in the container log which I didn't notice at first...
