[Feature] Lock album to prevent add more

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I wouldn't want to call it archiving an album, it's more about locking it from accidentally adding more photos.
Locked albums should also be hidden from the select list when adding photos to an album.
