[Feature] Day "pagination" in search results

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

It'd be great if the search info "pills" would give us an easy way to adjust the selected date range. Currently when setting a range we are displayed the following UI:

I'd love if that could be extended in the following ways...

For both individual "ends" of the range: show a "+-1 day", "+-1 week" and "+-1 month" button.

When both an start and an end date is set: between the range indicator pills a new box shows up, containing buttons to adjust both ends by -1 day, week or month and most importantly adjusting by the duration of the current selection, e.g. when a 2 week range is set show "next 2 weeks" and "previous 2 weeks".

I really like this proposal — it’s a very sensible and well-thought-out addition.

Being able to adjust date ranges directly via the search pills (especially shifting the current range forward/backward) would make navigating large result sets much more fluid and intuitive. This feels like a natural extension of the existing search UI and fits very well with using search as a primary navigation tool.

Happy to see ideas like this, and glad you’re considering tackling it.
