[Feature] Ban on bulk deletion of photos and videos (or limiting the volume of deletions)

The feature

Therefore, I'd like to ask you to add a server setting to DISABLE deleting more than N (e.g., 100) items at a TIME.

Also, I'd appreciate the following setting: DISABLE archiving more than N (e.g., 100) items at a TIME.

Because deleting a HUGE number of photos and videos is EXTREMELY dangerous, especially for a program like Immich.

I would also appreciate a setting that would prevent the user from selecting more than a hundred photos and videos in the interface - so that the program itself does not accidentally select thousands of objects and crash because of this (and does not overload, as often happens when selecting items).

Why I'm asking this:
I don't know how it happened, but my photos and videos from before 2019 somehow ended up in the trash, even though I don't remember selecting them or sending them to the trash.

Perhaps when I was selecting and deleting small chunks of them, something happened to the interface, and it selected all the old photos and videos and deleted them without my knowledge, without warning me that I was deleting a huge number of photos and videos?
I only noticed this after I updated my Immich today (maybe it's a bug in the update?).

It would be nice to set this for shared album where the editors could not delete too much photos but the owner could delete more.
And maybe warn the owner of an album that someone has deleted many photos form their album.

The feature
Summary
As a user, I want the ability to mark specific photos or videos as protected (e.g., “Block Delete”), so they cannot be accidentally deleted, especially during bulk deletion actions.

Problem
When cleaning up my library using search results or the “similar images” feature, I often delete items in bulk. Occasionally, important media gets deleted unintentionally, for example, items that are already part of an album. This happens more frequently with videos, since they typically show only a single, often blurry, thumbnail, making them harder to recognize at a glance.

Proposed Solution
Add a “prevent delete” or “protected” flag that can be applied to individual items or to a selection of items. Media marked with this flag should be excluded from (bulk) deletion actions and should require an explicit confirmation before being deleted manually.
An additional option would be an flag in general settings to prevent deletion of items added to albums.

Benefits

Prevents accidental loss of important media
Reduces cleanup stress when working with large libraries
Especially helpful for videos and other items that are visually hard to identify
