[Feature] Hide Download button if the media is already available on the device

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When a user selects any photo or video in the Photos tab, an additional footer menu appears and presents options such as Share, Share Link, Download, Move to Trash, etc.

I think the Download button should be hidden if the media is already available on the device, since the button does not seem to do anything at the moment. This behavior would also be consistent with Google Photos.

The Download button should only be available if any of the selected media is not already available on the device. In that case, when the user taps the Download button, the app should download only the photos or videos from the selection that are not available on the device.

I think they should leave the button, but display a message for confirmation since sometimes you want to download media which is already on device to have it all in one organized folder.
