[Feature] Improve CLI experience

Following some CLI recommendations would be nice, at your discretion. E.g. _

• https://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/standards.html#Standards-for-Command-Line-Interfaces
• https://www.gnu.org/software/help2man/#g_t_002d_002dhelp-recommendations

• for immich-admin --version doesn't exist
  • immich-cli does have this
• for immich-admin canonical-name in Usage is main and not immich-admin
  • immich-cli has this correct and uses immich
• for immich-admin no description on what this program does, prints directly the usage
  • immich-cli also has this missing
• ...
