[Feature] Pattern upload filter by name

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

My usecase is that I have setup Immich to automatically sync the entire Camera folder of my parents devices. This is nice and works correctly from Immich.... except when they some dumb app that saves memes and other stuff to the Camera folder (Tiktok I'm looking at you)

I know this is more of a issue with 3rd party apps being naughty and out of scope for Immich but I think it would be nice from Immich's side to able to have a per-folder or al least global filter for the name of the files.

I could then tell Immich to only upload from the folder pictures/videos that match a particular pattern, like starting with "PXL_" or "IMG_" to get rid of clutter all together.

Can't you do this with a regex on the name already? If not X or Y pattern then archive or delete the asset
