[Feature] Allow refreshing OCR

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

similar to all those but for ocr

sometimes ocr loses its positioning or generates wrong texts so after adjusting params in admin panel id like to be able to refresh it for specific pictures (currently im only able to do that for libraries)
