[Feature] Add a "Impersonate" feature for admin

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In a many-user environment (like mine) I may have to use different accounts for maintenance and stuff.
In sted of loging in and out, in NextCloud there is a plugin called "Impersonate" that lat the admin Impersonate a user.

1. Go to admin-interface
2. Select the user
3. click "Impersonate"
4. The admin now IS that user, sees all the user sees and act as it was that iser

A very usefull function, I wish that can be added as a option in the Immich admin menu.
