Email content when sending notifications

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When sending notifications via email, the uploaded photo or album cover appears in the email body. This violates the server's privacy policy, as the photos are shared with third parties (the sending server and the receiving server). There's no option in the email sending settings to disable sending photos in the email body. Please add this setting.
