[Feature] Being able to share/export clips of videos instead of always the whole video

I know this is just minor QoL but I have a lot of big videos on the server and sometimes I just wanna share a highlight (like 30s) of an 10 Minute 4k video. Right now I have to download the whole video and then create a clip in a different app, but it would be really nice to just have the option to create a clip / or capture a frame when you click on share.
