[Feature] Auto-rotate video when transcoding

The feature

There's a specific issue with the Immich plugin for Kodi (vladd11/immich-kodi#34), and possibly some other applications. The problem is that some video players, especially those using hardware acceleration, don't respect the rotation tag in MP4 file metadata. Consequently, vertical videos from phones that use this tag will be displayed as horizontal. What I suggest:

1. Add the "Use FFMpeg autorotate" option to the transcoding settings.
2. When enabling this option, remove the FFMpeg -noautorotate setting from the transcoding command.

This sounds like it's an issue that should be reported to immich-kodi instead? If we can help it we'd really prefer not to add a setting for every odd edge case.

Things are a bit more complicated here. There's nothing you can do on the immich-kodi side, which simply forwards the Immich video link to Kodi. And it's difficult to do anything on the Kodi side, otherwise they would have fixed it long ago. The problem is more likely with hardware driver and media framework developers, like Rockchip, and unfortunately, it's unlikely to be fixed anytime soon.
