Overhaul Add People Names

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When using the People page

1. Arrow Up, Arrow Down keys do not work.
2. Page Up, Page Down Keys do not work.
3. Ctrl-Home, Ctrl-End (top of list, bottom of list) do not work
4. The page Scroll Bar is next to useless - slide the scroll bar to the bottom, but you are not at the bottom, instead a very very few people are added to the page, scroll again to the bottom, a few more are added, again and again and again, and you never ever get to the last person. Please! Just scroll to the bottom.
5. When adding a name to a person, please return back the exact same place on the People page!
6. Similarly, when adding a name to a person on a photograph, please return back to the photograph. There are likely other people on the picture that need names. Currently, it is impossible to re-find the picture.

100% agree with these when going through a batch of photos and adding new people tags, correcting, etc there is a lot of extra clicking and re-navigating that could be simplified by allowing to hit enter and then return you to where you were before. Not having to re-scold down your full set of photos again
