[Feature] Add "Date Taken (oldest first)" as a criterion for automatic duplicate preselection

The feature

When using "Deduplicate All", Immich automatically selects which asset to keep based on two criteria only: larger file size and more EXIF metadata. However, preserving the oldest / earliest-taken photo can be more important in many scenarios. A smaller original photo taken earlier often has more sentimental value than a later re-compressed copy that happens to be larger. Users migrating from Google Photos or iCloud commonly face this — the original upload is the one they want to keep, not the re-encoded duplicate.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a third criterion to the automatic preselection logic: "Date Taken" (DateTimeOriginal / file created date) — earlier is preferred.

At minimum, date should act as a tiebreaker when file sizes and EXIF counts are comparable. Ideally, allow the user to configure the priority order of the three criteria, or at least provide a toggle like "Prefer oldest asset" vs "Prefer highest quality".

Describe alternatives you've considered
- Manual review per duplicate group — impractical for libraries with hundreds of groups.
- External scripting via Immich API — possible but adds unnecessary friction for a common need.
