The feature

Create a marking/tagging system in videos to quickly allow any user to quickly jump to shared marks/tags on a video. Example use case is youth sports, jump to highlights such as goals, touchdowns, etc. quickly for anyone viewing a video. Would allow a user to add multiple markers through a video with specific metadata/titles to easily understand what each marker is for.
