[Feature] Add support for MKV container

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently MKV is not valid value for the list of pass-through containers:

"acceptedContainers": ["mov", "ogg", "webm", "mkv"]

I have tested Chrome 148.0.77 for Windows for H.264/AAC and AV1/OPUS and both combinations work just fine, hence I suggest to add it (could be set to OFF by default).
