[Feature] Tapping "Albums" brings user to top of album screen

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

This feature is very useful when a user has many albums and wants to return to the top of the screen or navigate to the "Search Albums" input field. Both tapping bottom "Albums" icon or tapping screen top in iOS app work well for this.
This is similar to #1590
