[Feature] Add Current Device Aspect Ratio/Wallpaper crop

The feature

I'm currently using a OnePlus 15, this phone has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Of the current crop options, nothing fits this ratio exactly which makes it difficult to crop photos exactly to the screen size for wallpapers and just general album consistency.

Would it be possible to add a wallpaper crop option, querying the current mobile device's aspect ratio and setting that for crop?
